It\u2019s straightforward, and the subscription will simply end before the next billing cycle.\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center has-nv-c-1-background-color has-background\" id=\"cancellation-deadlines\">3: Cancellation Deadlines<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-white-background-color has-background\">\nYou can technically cancel until one day before the subscription renews. In other words, there\u2019s a 24-hour window before the current billing period ends.\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-white-background-color has-background\"><br>However, especially if you cancel via email, processing can take a few days. That\u2019s why we recommend canceling well in advance, to make sure it goes through before your next payment. One tip: if you don\u2019t want to risk forgetting, cancel LingQ right after you sign up. You\u2019ll still retain full access until your paid period expires. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center has-background\" id=\"course-access-during-cancellation\" style=\"background-color:#f3cb99\">Access to Courses After Cancellation<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-white-background-color has-background\">\nOnce you\u2019ve canceled, you can still use all LingQ courses until the paid period ends. You\u2019ll find your end date in your cancellation confirmation, in the \u201cAccount\u201d area, in the Apple App Store, or in the confirmation email from Google.\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center has-background\" id=\"change-subscription-duration\" style=\"background-color:#b1f2bf\">Changing the Subscription Term<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-white-background-color has-background\">\nIf you don\u2019t necessarily want to cancel LingQ, you can easily modify an existing subscription. Log into your account on the <a href=\"https:\/\/talkreal.org\/en\/go\/lingq\/\" rel=\"noopener sponsored\">LingQ website<\/a>, go to your profile, pick \u201cSettings,\u201d then head to the \u201cAccount\u201d tab, where you can manage your plan.\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-white-background-color has-background\">\nWhen you book a new plan, your old subscription automatically ends, and any remaining balance is applied to the new subscription.\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-white-background-color has-background\">\n<strong>Important:<\/strong> This simple method only works if you originally subscribed via the website. If you signed up on your phone through the Google Play Store or Apple App Store, just cancel your current subscription and then start a new one with the desired term.
