Cancellation Deadlines<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-white-background-color has-background\">In principle, you can cancel up to one day before the renewal date. So there\u2019s a minimum notice of 24 hours before the subscription period ends.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-white-background-color has-background\">However, the processing of cancellations can sometimes take a few days\u2014especially if you cancel by email. Therefore, we recommend doing it in good time to make sure it takes effect before the next billing date.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-white-background-color has-background\">If you\u2019re prone to forgetting, it\u2019s smart to cancel right after purchasing your Busuu subscription. You can still use it until the paid period expires.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center has-background\" id=\"h-access\" style=\"background-color:#f3cb99\">Ongoing Course Access After Cancellation<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-white-background-color has-background\">After canceling, you can still access Busuu courses until your paid period ends. You\u2019ll find that end date either in the cancellation confirmation, on the \u201cAccount Information\u201d page, in the Apple App Store, or in the confirmation email Google sends you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center has-background\" id=\"h-terms\" style=\"background-color:#b1f2bf\">Changing the Subscription Term<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-white-background-color has-background\">If you don\u2019t want to go through a Busuu cancellation just yet, you can easily change your existing plan. Simply log in on the <a href=\"https:\/\/talkreal.org\/en\/go\/busuu\/\" rel=\"noopener sponsored\">Busuu website<\/a> and head to your profile.
